1. Payment security and the use of 3D Secure technology
All payments made with bank cards on the website are processed through the secure payment gateway of the acquiring bank - JSC «Uzum Bank», which complies with the requirements of international security standards, including PCI DSS. Payment security is ensured by the use of 3D Secure technology: during a transaction, the cardholder undergoes additional authentication on the side of the acquiring bank and the card-issuing bank.
The Company does not collect, process or store customers' bank card data and has no access to it. Card details are entered exclusively on the secure payment page of JSC «Uzum Bank», and data is transmitted over secure communication channels using encryption protocols.
2. Risk control and prevention of fraudulent transactions
In order to protect customers from fraudulent activity, the control and monitoring of all payment transactions is carried out by the acquiring bank - JSC «Uzum Bank». Using the acquiring bank's anti-fraud capabilities, the Company applies risk limitation and control measures provided for by the internet acquiring agreement, including: monitoring and analysis of transactions using the Bank's tools; automatic verification of transactions for compliance with established limits; temporary suspension or rejection of payments when signs of fraud are detected.
JSC «Uzum Bank» and the Company have the right to suspend or reject a transaction if signs of fraudulent activity are detected. All bank card transactions are processed through the Bank's secure payment gateways, which meet the security requirements of international standards.
